Box lacrosse fans in Syracuse have gone a while without the game, at least at top levels. But that will change on Sunday, April 13, when the Syracuse Stingers host a pro lacrosse invitational with the Boston Blazers and the Vermont Voyageurs. And no, it’s notthose Boston Blazers. But it’s close. Former assistant GM and coach Randy Fraser, along with Chuck Jaffe run the Boston Box Lacrosse League and have assembled a team of all-stars for this invitational.
The Voyageurs are a Senior B team with the Quebec Senior Lacrosse League and all 3 of these teams will be part of the April 13 invitational at the OnCenter in Syracuse. The weather will have warmed by then in Central New York so make your plans now to get this event, which should provide some quality ball to enjoy.
